This resonates with me so much! I’m taking a big pause on social media this summer (I downloaded an app that blocks me from accessing it for most of the day). There’s only so much bandwidth we all have, and for me, I want to use my energy to be present in real life this summer. I hope your time of rest brings restoration, clarity, and even more creativity!
